Deskcue is a workplace request app: people ask for a drink or help from their seat, and a dedicated steward is alerted and delivers. This policy says exactly what the app stores and why. It is written to be read.
Account: your email address and sign-in credentials, handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from your Google account.
Profile: the name and department you enter, and the place you say you sit — shown to your workspace's steward and admin so requests can be delivered.
Requests: what you ask for, when, its status walk, and who served it. Requests are visible only inside your workspace and are automatically deleted after 90 days, leaving only monthly counts.
Device token: a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so the steward's phone can ring.
No ads. No selling or sharing of data with anyone beyond our processor (Google Firebase, which hosts the database, authentication and notifications). No tracking outside the app. No reading of your data by other workspaces.
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), region asia-south1 (Mumbai), protected by per-workspace access rules.
Edit your name, department and seat in the app. Leaving a workspace, or being removed by its admin, detaches your profile from it. To delete your account and its data entirely, email us from the account's address.
Deskcue is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 16.
If this policy changes materially we will note it here with a new effective date.
